Bellevue Fire Station 6

Bellevue Fire Station 6 uses two residential sized gas furnaces with ground-mounted AC units. Formally, a gas furnace distributed warm air constantly to the apparatus bay through underground trenches. This system was demolished and replaced with two new radiant gas fired heaters in 2013. Interior lighting was updated to LED and T-8 fluorescent in 2011. Three firefighters are on duty. The building size is 6,110 square feet.
