Bellevue Fire Station 1

Fire Station 1 is an all-electric heat building with seven furnaces and six outdoor AC units. Lighting in the station has been converted to T-8 and CFLs. In 2013, the vintage 1973 HVAC units were replaced with high-efficiency split system heat pumps and new LED exterior lights were installed. New thermostats were also installed. Seven people are now on duty at Station 1 (formally it was 11). The building size is approximately 15,700 square feet.
